Hola From Ohio

Hola hola a todos! Mis amigos! ¿Cómo están? I hope all of you are doing so so great!

Another month has gone by and my oh my i feel like a lot has happened in the past couple of weeks. So here's the run down

We had transfers beginning of this month, I'm staying with Hermana Lemley in Youngstown! Yay, I'm very happy about it and it's been so amazing. So we have Spanish elders with us in this area, and we saw that they got doubled out, which means 2 new Elders were coming in, but not just that, they were english and spanish work. So only one of them speaks Spanish and the other just English, and this is his first transfer too. So just a lot going on with them haha, but we did our best to help them adjust and get to know the branch and their friends. But fast forward a week, we're having our weekly missionary meeting, called district council, and they tell us that they are being ETed (emergency transfered) out of here, huhhh, I was shocked, then here's the bomb, they said no one's replacing them!! And so for the past 5 weeks, we have been youngstown spanish. Our area was already massive but now its even bigger with the Elders work we've takin over. So basically our past weeks have been crazy busy, but I'm so grateful for the work!

But also these pasts weeks have been truly miracle filled. We have about 5 progressing friends who truly have a desire to read the Book Of Mormon and come closer to Jesus Christ. And I've had some lessons that I will never forget and that have strengthened my testimony so much of the church of Jesus Christ! We have one friend on baptism date, his name is José, from Mexico, and he's one of the best people I've ever met! We're very excited for Him and please keep Him in your prayers!

Also a couple days ago I completed 8 months as a missionary, if you dont believe it, don't worry I dont either

More about my area! We still play fútbol every Wednesday and it's still one of my favorite parts of the week. We have a pretty big group of latinos and truly they're all the best, they still let me on their team even after missing about 20 shots, but it's been great dusting off my soccer skills. We finally have a consistent member meal Our English class teacher Sister Horning now feeds us lunch on Thursdays! Miracles Miracles!!

Alfredo and Mayte also this week feed us some dinner. As always the best comida puertorriqueña ever. And ate pigs feet for the first time. Honestly gas, 9/10

Quick lil spiritual thought
So our mission right now is focusing on the power that the Book Of Mormon holds. So we've been focusing on reading it ourselves, studiously more deliberately, and truly understanding the words for ourselves. The Book Of Mormon has meant so much to me my whole life, and I just want to share that I know this book to be true with my whole heart. No other Book has brought me greater knowledge and understanding of my Savior. And no Book can just make life lighter, happier, more joyful, full of love, but the Book Of Mormon. I know this to be true. I Invite you all to read, and I know it'll bless or continue to bless your life beyond measure

I'm so greatful for all your support and love, I love you all so so much but more importantly Jesus loves you all even more! Que tengan una semana maravillosa, have a wonderful week, and I'll see you next time.

Nos vemos - Hermana Brown

ALSO, I realized I really don't put many pictures because I send monthly emails, so here's a link to a Google photos and all are welcome to join and look at some photos from my mission!
